Dr Beth Anfilogoff, Counselling Psychologist
Life can bring many challenges, and therapy is a space to learn to cope with emotional setbacks in a creative and positive way. I work with clients to provide relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress and relationship difficulties. I offer assessment sessions so that I can develop an understanding of an individual’s therapy goals. I am trained to integrate different approaches (including CBT and relational therapy) based on my client’s needs, and therapy can be focused on a specific goal, or an exploratory space for insight and self-discovery.
I also work with clients through the Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone, often with high-functioning, high-achieving individuals who want to understand themselves better. I have previously worked at Maggie’s, a not-for-profit organisation for people with cancer and their loved ones. I really enjoy my work, and the chance to support people to improve their well-being and create lives that are meaningful to them.
I work with adults with a wide range of difficulties, but have particular expertise in the following areas:

- Bereavement
- Burn-out
- Cancer and other health conditions
