Dr Kinza Janjua – Clinical Psychologist
I am a chartered clinical psychologist with 9 years’ experience of working across a range of NHS mental health and physical health services. My experience also includes working within private inpatient settings, within the voluntary sector and academic settings.
I use an integrative approach drawing upon evidence-based models to fit to your individual needs. The models that I use include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and aspects of mindfulness.
My values of honesty, empathy and compassion underpin my practice. We will develop a shared understanding of your current difficulties during the assessment process and we will work together to help you to feel empowered in making changes towards living a more meaningful life.
